The Microsoft Partner Demand Generation Program enables Microsoft Partners to run custom, co-branded marketing campaigns. I worked to establish parameters that allowed us to grow the program quickly, while maintaining high standards of quality. While the asset formats may be templated, the final deliverables are custom every time, reflecting the best practices of both brands.
I established the creative guidelines for the program—choosing the deliverables, refining the asset formats, and developing all documentation for the program, while also executing high-visibility and complex individual campaigns. I onboarded a large team of designers, who have collectively executed over 2,500 campaigns for nearly 300 individual Microsoft partners, influencing over $500M in revenue in FY2020, and over $3M over my time working with the program.
